If for any reason you are not satisfied with your credit card reading within the first 5 minutes, please tell the Reader that you are not connecting, end the call and call the office back on: 0207 111 6126 . We will give you a full refund on your credit card or credit your pin number so that you can have a full reading with another Reader. Your statutory rights are not affected. Additional per-minute charges may apply if you choose to extend the call beyond the duration of the package you have purchased. All calls are recorded for your protection.

Premium Rate Bookings
You must be over 18 and the bill payer to use this service, or have the bill payer’s permission. Premium rate readings are charged at £1.50 per minute plus your network access charge. All calls are recorded for your protection.
If you are unhappy with your reading on the 0906 line, please hang up and try another Reader. A good Reader who is connecting with you should connect within a few minutes and should make you feel reassured that they are ‘linked in’ to your given situation.
